Gastroenterology Associates of Plattsburgh has joined the University of Vermont Health Network.
The University of Vermont Health Network is a six-hospital network based in Burlington, Vermont, that serves Vermont and the northern New York state region.
Gastroenterology Associates of Plattsburgh, which is located in Plattsburgh, New York, will close its doors on November 28 as its practice will become part of the University of Vermont Health Network, operating under the new name CVPH Gastroenterology.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to the LevinPro HC database, this was the 25th gastroenterology practice transaction of 2022. This compares with 35 gastroenterology deals recorded between January 1, 2021, and November 14, 2021.
