Allied OMS, a doctor-owned and led management services organization in the oral and maxillofacial surgery space, announced on November 10 its partnership with Memorial Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (Memorial OMS) in Houston, Texas. The addition of Memorial OMS marks Allied OMS’ 9th, 10th and 11th practice locations in Texas and the first in Houston.
Memorial OMS provides oral and maxillofacial surgical care in Houston, Cypress and Katy, Texas. Led by Michael O’Shell, DDS, and Thai Vuu, DDS, MD, Memorial OMS offers a range of services including maxillary and mandibular bone grafting, same day dental implant options, wisdom teeth removal and maxillofacial trauma treatment.
Headquartered in Southlake, Texas, Allied OMS has 40 surgeons serving patients out of 35 locations across California, Colorado, New York, Oregon and Texas.
According to the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 180th dental practice deal of 2022. This is a 150% increase over the 72 dental practice transactions recorded between January 1, 2021, and November 10, 2021. This also marks Allied OMS’ sixth partnership of the year.
