Irwin Naturals Inc. (CSE: IWIN) announced, on November 9, that it acquired Tri-Cities Infusion and Wellness Clinic PLLC, marking Irwin’s seventh acquisition of 2022.
Founded in 2019 and located in Kennewick, Washington, Tri-Cities Infusion and Wellness Clinic offers ketamine infusion as well as nutrient IV infusions, aesthetic procedures and regenerative treatments such as platelet-rich plasma injections.
Founded in 1994, Irwin Naturals Inc. is a nutraceuticals (natural products and supplements) company with a portfolio of products available in more than 100,000 retail locations across North America. Its national chain of psychedelic mental health clinics is called Irwin Naturals Emergence. It generated more than $100 million in revenue in 2021.
Irwin Naturals adds the ketamine practice to its Irwin Naturals Emergence network. This will be Irwin’s first facility in Washington and the 17th facility that it has signed on or acquired across eight different states. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 23rd infusion services acquisition of 2022, and fifth of the fourth quarter. In addition to Irwin Naturals, large players in the infusion services space this year have been Revitalists Lifestyle & Wellness Ltd, and Dynamic Infusion Therapy, LLC.
