InHome Therapy, based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, announced that it purchased Libertas Rehab. The transaction was announced on November 9, but officially closed on August 31.

InHome Therapy leverages its systems, processes and tools to deliver sustainable and measurable results to home therapy patient care. InHome Therapy employs more than 300 therapists and has completed more than 2 million patient visits across the United States.

Libertas Rehab is a home therapy concept serving the metro areas of Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Austin, El Paso, Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston, Texas. The business was created in 2014 and has grown to a network of about 200 therapists who conduct an average of 60,000 patient visits annually.

With this transaction, InHome Therapy adds more than 300 therapists to its network. This is InHome Therapy’s third deal of 2022. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 98th Home Health & Hospice acquisition of the year. Active buyers in the space include AdaptHealth, Choice Health and The Pennant Group.
