Riverside Oral Surgery Management is a dental practice with 10 locations in New Jersey and is run by 14 dentists.
RF Investment Partners is a private investment firm managing $683 million of capital across various investment funds. It has offices in New York, Chicago and Dallas.
MedEquity Capital is a healthcare private equity firm that focuses on investing in profitable healthcare services business, most often in the lower middle-market. MedEquity has invested more than $400 million of equity capital.

Dental represents 33% of the PMG transactions of 2022 with 168 announced deals. In the fourth quarter of the year, this represents the 56th transaction, 16 of them in the dental subsector.
