Guardian Dentistry Partners announced that it acquired five dental clinics, expanding its presence in Florida, Virgina and North Carolina.
The clinics are Drs. Belton & Schrimper General Dentistry (2 proviers) in Rocky Mount, North Carolina; Great Boca Smiles (1) in Boca Raton, Florida; John Andre, DDS & Associates (2) in Innsbrook and Glen Allen, Virginia; Jupiter Dental Care (1) in Jupiter Florida; and Tony D. Clark, DMD (1) in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Guardian Dentistry Partners is a dental support organization that provides services and growth opportunities for its network of dentist partners. Founded in 2018, Guardian has expanded to support dental entrepreneurs in Alabama, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.
This announcement marks Guardian’s ninth transaction of the year, where it has acquired 15 practices, growing its network by more than 20 physicians. None of the prices were disclosed.
According to the LevinPro HC database, these transactions bring the total number of Physician Medical Groups (PMG) deal number to 502 in 2022. The dental subsector represents 33% of all PMG deals in the year with 166 transactions.
