Dallas-based Dynamic Access, LLC has acquired Complete Intravenous Access Services, Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Dynamic Access, founded in 2004, provides services in 21 states for more than 3,000 healthcare facilities.
Complete Intravenous Access Services has been providing vascular access services to healthcare facilities for nearly 30 years in Pittsburgh, eastern Ohio and the surrounding areas.
According to the LevinPro HC database, this was the 21st infusion services deal of the year. This compares with 10 infusion services transactions recorded between January 1, 2021, and October 28, 2021.
