Dallas-based ENT Specialty Partners has acquired Flower Mound, Texas-based Associates of Ear, Nose & Throat Surgery. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2020, ENT Specialty Partners includes 24 ENT physicians, 21 audiologists, 10 advanced practice providers and support staff providing services in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, audiology and allergy treatments. ESP partner practices can be found in 16 Texas locations.
Associates of Ear, Nose & Throat Surgery has served patients in Flower Mound, Texas, and the surrounding communities since 1996. The practice provides ENT, hearing, sinus and head and neck cancer treatments.
According to the LevinPro HC database, this is the seventh ear, nose and throat transaction of 2022. This compares with nine ear, nose and throat practice transactions reported between January 1, 2021, and October 27, 2021.
