Boca Raton, Florida-based Integrated Dermatology Group announced on October 20 that it acquired Northshore Dermatology. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2004, Integrated Dermatology Group is a national practice that acquires and partners with dermatologists to provide infrastructure, support and day-to-day management services. The company operates in more than 25 states and enables its dermatologists to maintain their medical autonomy. It is a portfolio company of LLR Partners, ABRY Partners, New MainStream Capital and Audax Private Equity.
Led by Dr. Eric Tabor, Northshore Dermatology is a four-location medical clinic in the New Orleans area. The company specializes in general dermatology, MOHS surgery, cosmetic and spa solutions, skin care and laser procedures.
According to the LevinPro HC database, the transaction was the 28th Dermatology deal of 2022. This compares with 24 Dermatology deals reported between January 1, 2021, and October 20, 2021.
