Emeryville Occupational Medicine has a main location in Emeryville, California, as well as satellite locations in Sacramento, Redding and Santa Cruz. The practice treats pain, trauma, lacerations, burns, contusions, sprains, strains and fractures.
Agile is an occupational medicine clinic group with locations in Emeryville, Gardena, Redding, Sacramento, Santa Cruz and Wilmington, California. This acquisition expands and strengthens Agile’s presence in California. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
