MB2 Dental Solutions announced last week that it acquired three clinics. The clinics include Golden Dental Care in Golden, Colorado; Riverside Dental in Tucson, Arizona; and Pure Dentistry in Rocklin, California. Prices were not disclosed.
MB2 Dental Solutions, a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners, offers general dentistry services, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery. It was founded in 2007 and works with dentists and specialists in 38 states.
Golden Dental Care’s one location is run by Dr. John M. Burchfield. Riverside Dental has one clinic that is served by Dr. Jason Kirkland. Pure Dentistry is operated by Dr. Darce A. Slate.
These deals represent MB2 Dental’s 18th, 19th and 20th transactions of 2022 that include 25 clinics. According to the LevinPro HC database, these deals bring the total number of Physician Medical Groups (PMG) deals to 431 in 2022, 139 in the dental subsector.
