24 Hour Home Care, an award-winning non-medical in-home care provider, announced its acquisition of Trusted Life Care, a home care agency that provides personal care for seniors in California’s Orange and Los Angeles counties. Financial terms were not disclosed.

According to the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 44th Home Health & Hospice transaction of 2022 so far, as well as the fifth announced during the month of May. This announcement also follows 24 Hour Home Care’s previous acquisition of another California-based home care agency, Bright Moon Care Services in March for an undisclosed price.

The move to acquire Trusted Life Care originated from a strong referral partnership between both companies. This acquisition supports 24 Hour Home Care’s continued efforts to strengthen its relationships and reach within its currently serviced markets and opens new growth opportunities. Through this acquisition, 24 Hour Home Care will increase its client census by more than 16% in the Long Beach and South Bay communities. Financial terms were not disclosed.

24 Hour Home Care is an industry-leading provider of non-medical home care to seniors and persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 24 Hour Home Care started in 2008 in Los Angeles and has since expanded across California, Arizona and Texas. 24 Hour Home Care was acquired by TEAM Services Group, a portfolio company of private equity firm Alpine Investors, in October 2021.
