Elite DNA Therapy Services has acquired Impact Behavioral Health in Tallahassee, Florida for an undisclosed amount, expanding the mental health services provider’s presence in the state to North Florida and the Panhandle area.
Elite DNA Therapy Services is one of the largest mental health providers in Florida. Although originally focusing on children, services have expanded to adults and families. The company provides psychiatry and psychotherapy services as well as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatment for major depression. Founded in 2013, Elite DNA has offices across the state in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Loxahatchee, Naples, Port Charlotte, Jacksonville, Brandon, Brooksville, Venice, Wesley Chapel, Tampa and Weston.
Founded in 1988, Impact Behavioral Health offers psychiatry and psychotherapy services to children, adolescents and adults in the Tallahassee, Florida area. Common conditions treated include depression, anxiety disorder, autism disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and postpartum depression.
