Health Carousel, a healthcare staffing firm with over 1,000 workers under contract, has acquired the digital health platform Lucidity. The target’s technology platform connects physicians seeking part-time or temporary work directly with medical practices looking to fill open shifts, while also using artificial intelligence (AI) technology to help providers and medical practices make better staffing decisions.
