Team Select Home Care (TSHC) announced on May 8 a strategic capital investment from Court Square Capital Partners. With Court Square’s partnership, Team Select Home Care will be well positioned to continue adding branches in select markets and serving current patients and communities. The existing sponsor, Tenex Capital Management, will continue to own a minority stake in the business. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. served as financial advisor to TSHC. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, TSHC operates in 11 states through 39 branches and serves more than 7,000 protected patients. National Seating & Mobility Gets New PE Investor

Cinven, the London-based private equity firm, struck a deal last week to acquire National Seating & Mobility (NMS) from Court Square Capital Partners. The sale, which was valued at $850 million by sources cited in PEHub Buyouts, resulted from a Harris Williams-run auction that began in August. Court Square Capital bought it from Wellspring Capital Management in 2016, but now Cinven will be backing the company. NMS provides complex rehab technology (CRT) solutions focusing on highly customized wheelchairs for patients diagnosed with long-term or permanent loss of mobility.
