Option Care provides home and alternate treatment site infusion services and is owned by Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC (MDP) and Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (NASDAQ: WBA). Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ZBH) strengthened its spinal business with the $1.0 billion acquisition of LDR Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: LDRH).
