Healthcare-focused private equity firm Frazier Healthcare Partners announced on March 12 the completion of its acquisition of RevSpring from Chicago, Illinois-based GTCR. Frazier is joined in the transaction by NEA, 22C Capital and RevSpring’s senior leadership team.  RevSpring offers physical and electronic invoices, consumer payment portals, data cleansing solutions and analytics tools. It serves a client base of approximately 2,000 health systems and hospitals, revenue cycle management (RCM) providers and financial services organizations. Syneos Health to be Acquired by a Private Investment Consortium In $7.1 Billion Deal

Syneos Health is being acquired by a consortium of private investment firm affiliates composed of Elliott Investment Management, Patient Square Capital and Veritas Capital. Completion of the transaction is expected in the second half of 2023. The consortium of private investment firm affiliates is acquiring Syneos for $43.00 per share in cash in a transaction valued at approximately $7.1 billion, including outstanding debt. Quadria Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Straits Orthopaedics

Quadria Capital has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Straits Orthopaedics from its founder, Mr. T.H. Su, and Apex Healthcare Bhd. Kirkland & Ellis advised Quadria Capital on the debt financing for its acquisition. Under the terms of the agreement, Apex Healthcare Bhd and Su have agreed to reinvest a substantial portion of their sales proceeds back into the company as minority-stake partners.
